Here’s the first single from Ben Harper‘s upcoming album Give Till It’s Gone, due April 5th. There’s a lot going on in this song, but not much I can grab onto. The melody is pretty bland, and Ben’s vocals don’t shine among the jangling guitars and crashing drums. Ben’s made a lot of great music over his career, but this one isn’t doing much for me. At least it’s free. What you do you think?
