Charles Hamilton continues his comeback with more new music, this time courtesy of a debut by Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg. Rosenberg alluded to the track during an interview with Hamilton last week, and shared it on his show this morning.
Produced by Oddisee, the funky, grooving beat gets some edge courtesy of sharp synths—and of course, Hamilton’s verses. He’s walking well-trodden ground here (“don’t stop when you’re headed to the top”), but he still manages to find a new angle.
