Blood Diamonds and Dominic Lord are two up-and-comers that don’t fit into the usual boxes, and they’ve linked up for a new track. After sending song ideas back and forth online, the rapper and producer decided to team up and the result is titled “Barcode.” The Fader hung out with the pair in the studio as they put the song together. It’s a new direction for Blood Diamonds, but he may be on to something producing hip-hop songs, and his unique aesthetic works well with the creatively driven young Dominic Lord.
The track officially comes out on Skrillex’s OWSLA label on February 26th
