Donald Trump was one of the speakers at today’s anti-Iran rally in Washington, D.C., and before he even took the stage he was already ruffling feathers. That’s because Trump chose to walk onto the stage to R.E.M.’s “It’s The End Of The World,” which (not surprisingly) didn’t bode well with the band.

In a series of tweets, fans alerted Bassist Mike Mills to what happened today, to which he simply responded, “cease and desist.” A few hours later, the band took to their Facebook to write a short post, stating they do not condone his use of their music in his campaign. But they didn’t stop there. After, they sent a harsh statement to The Daily Beast on the matter as well.

“Go fuck yourselves, the lot of you—you sad, attention-grabbing, power-hungry little men,” lead singer Michael Stipe said. “Do not use our music or my voice for your moronic charade of a campaign.”

In other Trump related news, the candidate attended the U.S. Open last night but the crowd there wasn’t any less warm. Reportedly, his picture flashed on the screen, to which the entire audience booed. Immediately after the camera panned to Aziz Ansari, who everyone appropriately went wild for.

So to recap: people and R.E.M. hate Donald Trump, love Aziz Ansari. And Hillary Clinton can Nae Nae. What a week already.
