In the midst of preparing their next album, a follow-up to their 2004 Everybody Loves a Happy Ending, Tears For Fears has decided to share an interesting cover they recently recorded. Taking to Twitter, the duo delivered their version of Arcade Fire’s “Ready To Start.” It’s an admittedly formidable choice for any group given the epic and cinematic nature of Arcade Fire’s production but they’re able to keep that feeling intact while still infusing the song with a decidedly TFF touch. The result is a fantastic rendition that manages to be just as effective as the original. Listen to it below.
