“Little Boxes” hasn’t been heard on Weeds for sometime now (and with it went my interest in the show, as if the scrapping of the opening theme coincided with the decline in quality of the show’s plotline), but for its final season, the producers have decided to bring the song back. As the season continues, the song will be covered by different acts, and last night, The Mountain Goats‘ take on the song, which also features Midtown Dickens, was used during the opening credits.
