This is one of those dream remixes, where a band you love remixes a song you already love from another artist you love. As “Elevate” is an addicting, attention-holding song on its own, the Passion Pit remix may seem superfluous. Thankfully, it’s not, as they morph St. Lucia‘s single into a pulsating, sparkling thing. It’s certainly a different feel from the soaring, uplifting original with the remix’s dance-inspiring electronic elements, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Check it out below.
