The last time we heard from Johnny Lloyd, the former Tribes frontman was about to release his second EP, Happy Humans. Today, he’s back with a new song, “Hello Death,” shared in anticipation of a new upcoming project. As the name may suggest, “Hello Death” is an introspective offering that features Lloyd’s signature hushed, melancholic sound. According to the singer, the song is about saying goodbye to “old faces and ways,” written during a transitional period of his life.
