Halls - "Roses For The Dead"

1.

Twenty-one-year-old Sam Howard, better known as Halls, understands that beautiful music oftentimes requires an inexplicable haunting element. “Roses For The Dead” reflects this need through Hall’s use of glitchy electronic elements and prolonged chords of the organ, only to be marred by his muffled, sorrowful vocals. The song is, as a result, uncomfortably stunning. Halls will be releasing his debut, Ark, on October 15th via No Pain In Pop. Give “Roses For The Dead” a listen below.
