Back in July, FKA twigs held a free dance workshop in Baltimore alongside her choreographers for a handful of lucky dancers from the city. The workshop took place a day ahead of her only headlining show for 2016, a joint concert alongside Travis Scott.
As it turns out, twigs used the workshop as another opportunity to showcase the art of dance: the workshop was captured for an upcoming documentary titled Baltimore Dance Project. A trailer for the project was released earlier today, which can be seen above.
FKA twigs has been working on a number of multimedia projects this past year. Last month, released Soundtrack 7, an autobiographical dance film that also features some of her music. She also worked on Rooms in London, a Halloween- and astrology-themed exhibit, which she referred to as "one of [her] most ambitious projects to date."
There have also been some talk about new music from FKA twigs, though no details surrounding a potential album have been revealed.
