Frank Ocean's Blonde was a hit with critics and debuted at the top spot on the Billboard 200, but regardless of how hyped and well-received the album was, it's a guarantee that it will not win a single Grammy Award because neither it or Endless were submitted for awards consideration, according to Billboard.

Both albums were released in mid-August, long enough before the 2017 Grammy eligibility cutoff date of September 30, but a representative for the Grammys confirmed to Billboard that Ocean's label, management, or other representatives had failed to submit the albums before the deadline.

It's not clear if the visual album Endless would have been eligible had it been submitted anyway, considering it wasn't able to appear on Billboard's charts. At the moment, there's no official reason as to why Endless and Blonde were not submitted for Grammy consideration.
