Best Coast joined Wavves on a split single as part of Ghost Ramp’s new subscription service, and while Wavves contributed a new tune called “Dreams of Grandeur,” Best Coast decided to pay tribute to Nirvana with a rendition of the band’s “Dumb.”
The recording is faithful to the original version in terms of style, But Best Coast’s cover is decidedly more lo-fi (although that may be a symptom of the vinyl rip rather than of the actual recording).
