clipping. surprised fans early this morning with a new “two-track single.” The release is comprised of “something they don’t know” and “mouth,” and provides more of the addictive, experimental instrumentation and cutting flow we’ve come to expect from the L.A. trio. It also features guest verses from Signor Benedick the Moor, Nocando, and Open Mike Eagle. Oh, and it’s also a free download.
The two tracks are “posse cuts we made with a bunch of close friends. Please check out all the other artists on these tracks if you’re not already familiar with their work.” There are 24 samples sprinkled throughout the 11+ minutes of music, and clipping. is offering a “free, one-of-kind, edition-of-one” T-shirt to the first fan that can name them all.
