Angel Haze breaks a long silence in a big way. With sparse, booming production from TROY NōKA, “CANDLXS” is some of her best work to date—Haze showcases her multiple talents, rapping a verse before launching into some heartrending melodies.
The new single is her first since last year’s Dirty Gold album. It will appear on her next album T.F.A.B.N. Haze did the artwork herself, a supposed conception of the artist and her girlfriend Ireland Baldwin. Haze posted about the song on her Tumblr, saying
