This one popped up on shuffle the other day, and I was convinced I had never heard it before. It’s so simple and pretty – way too classy for me. I put it on repeat and playlisted it pretty quickly, but it wasn’t until today that I ended up googling the track and finding out where I first heard it. “Her Morning Elegance” was semi-popular in 2009 because of its stunning stop-motion video. I think the visuals actually overshadowed the song, because I instantaneously recognized the video but never noticed the song until it was completely separated from the YouTube clip. Whether you’re familiar with it or not, it’s worth checking out or revisiting.
