Newcomer St. Lucia takes on one of the many earwormy hits from Foster The People‘s catchy debut, Torches. He basically puts the song into overdrive, accentuating everything and taking the focus away from the whistling and creating a far more bombastic, guitar-heavy feel. It’s less interesting than I expected it to be, although I did appreciate the saxophones making an appearance towards the end. Not as good as his original work, or Xaphoon Jones’ remixes of his original work.
