Late last year, Tyler, The Creator announced that he planned to release a documentary chronicling the making of his album Cherry Bomb. Set to feature cameos from Kanye West,Pharrell,Lil Wayne,ScHoolboy Q,A$AP Rocky,Kali Uchis, and many more, the documentary will be available on DVD at the end of the month. Tyler first gave fans a taste of the documentary at his Camp Flog Gnaw music festival back in November, and today he has shared another preview of the film through his GOLF Media app.
The new documentary footage offers fans a behind the scenes look at the creation of "Smuckers," one of the album's standout tracks. The clip opens as Kanye records his verse and goes on to feature commentary from Tyler and Wayne about how the three rappers linked up to create the song. "That one's for the books," Tyler says of the track. "Finally working with those two dudes is crazy."
