Freddie Gibbs returns today with his first single since being acquitted on sexual assault charges back in September. "All Day" is a soundtrack for celebrations as Gibbs raps about his accomplishments over Harry Fraud's smooth, skittering production.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Freddie Gibbs and Madlib were preparing to release another collaborative album, Bandanathe follow-up to 2014's Piñata. No release date has been given for the project, and Instagram posts that shared some brief information about Bandana have since been removed.

Gibbs was arrested with sexual assault in June while visiting France for an incident that had allegedly occurred in 2015. After being formally charged and extradited to Austria in August, he was ultimately acquitted of the charges at the end of September.

"The truth has come to light," the caption in Freddie Gibbs' Instagram post read after the Gary, Indiana rapper was officially acquitted. "Freddie has been acquitted of the false accusations. He's coming home a free man. Thank you to everyone who has been by our side these past 4 months, sending us good vibes, praying for us. Thank God. To new beginnings..."
