The innovations in technology have allowed to us create some incredible—and sometimes, ungodly—things. While there seemed to be little use for Microsoft’s Songsmith program (it generates cheesy music and pairs that with pre-recorded vocals), someone has managed to make perhaps one of the best Death Grips-related things that the program has ever seen: Elevator Grips.
As FACT points out, a Reddit user took MC Ride’s vocals, stripped it from its aggressive and fervent soundtrack, and put it through Songsmith. The result: Ride’s vocals over cheap, cheery music, and something that could change your elevator-riding experiences forever. The weirdest thing about this, though, is that it kind of works. One might even say that it goes.
