Just Blaze teased his Twitter followers earlier this week saying he found “3 unheard Black Album era Jay x Pharrell demos,” and soon shared video snippets with his fans before most of them were taken down. Blaze then tweeted “All IG videos are gone. Sorry! Night owls got the gems. Maybe some of them will end up somewhere soon!” The producer stayed true to his word and appeared on Q-Tip’s Abstract Radio show on Beats 1 to share all of those hidden gems.
Dropping a 2-hour mix Blaze shared an alternate version of Kanye West’s “Touch the Sky,” Jay-Z’s “Early in the Morning,” Rico Love’s verse on Usher’s “Throwback,” Dipset’s “I Really Mean It,” and Rick Ross‘ “Lord Knows” verse on “Computer Love” among others.
