Dr. Dre shared a lot of new stuff on his Beats 1 radio show, The Pharmacy, including a leftover Compton cut, but this new Anderson .Paak track just might be the highlight of the Doctor’s offerings. .Paak had several guest spots on Dre’s newest record and their partnership couldn’t be better. “The Season / Carry Me” is one of .Paak’s best songs to date.
Hats off to 9th Wonder and Callum Connar for the outstanding production which .Paak handles with ease. He’s one of the most versatile and talented rappers out there now being able to spit or sing over all types of production. The transition between the two tracks is so smooth and compliment each other well.
