Australian future bass producer Wave Racer (aka Sam Whiteside) has shared a new track today titled “World Record” in preparation for his debut EP, Flash Drive. It’s the second single we’ve seen from Whiteside for his upcoming release on Future Classic, showcasing his love for 8-bit sounds.
“Word Record” is a glimmering piece of chiptune R&B reminiscent of Giraffage. Lido lends a hand to the track smoothly blending the two’s knack for bright, glitchy synths and high-pitched clipped vocals that make you want to get up and move.
