Jamie Woon has shared a new track off his upcoming sophomore LP, Making Time, out November 6 on PMR Records, via a live session from Konk Studios. The video shows Woon in the studio performing “Message” with a live band. Woon mentioned in an interview with Beats1 that his upcoming album is inspired by D’Angelo’s Voodoo and “having the band in the room.”
It’s been four years since the last Jamie Woon record and he recently ended his hiatus with “Sharpness.” New track “Message” shows Woon keeping up his signature R&B groove with a funky bass line and a gorgeous melody
