On Quigley’s Facebook page, she lists her genre as simply, “pretty.” For some newer female artists, describing your music as such may seem uninspired or even corny, but this isn’t the case for Quigley. Because “pretty” is honestly the best way to describe the sparkling electro-pop productions the singer creates. Her new single, co-produced by Sombear, is “Beginning of Anything,” a track that nicely balances Quigley’s whimsical vocals with layers of darting synths and waves of percussion.

The L.A. based singer will release her debut EP, Initium, on May 8, and if the rest of material sounds like “Beginning of Anything,” it truly will be just the beginning for Quigley.
