Will the Gallagher brothers ever make up and bring Oasis back? The chances are slim to none at this point, but maybe the good words of Sir Paul McCartney will ignite some sort of conversation where they put aside their differences.

During a Q&A with Japanese fans during a launch of his LINE stickers (the stickers feature Paul’s voice with phrases in both English and Japanese that fans can use with the LINE messaging service), the legendary Beatle was asked by a fan if he had any advice for the Gallagher brothers.

My advice to them? Just get together and make some good music. But they have got to want to do it. I think a lot of people would like them to do that. They are pretty cool guys. I don’t know if they will ever make up. It would be good because I think everyone likes brothers to like each other – and make up. It’s a pity because they are very good together. Like many brothers, they are crazy. But it would be nice if they got together.

Considering just last week Liam called Noel “another prick in the wall,” don’t expect any “Wonderwall” live performances any time soon.

Watch a live demonstration of Sir Paul’s LINE Sound Stickers collection and showing how to use them below. He seemed to get a kick out it.
