Alex Vargas is a Copenhagen-born London-based singer, and his name is one that you should familiarize yourself with. Though he’s only 25 years old, he’s been around. He was a part of a band called Vagabond (which broke up in 2010 so that Vargas can pursue a solo career), and he performed at the sold-out Above & Beyond Acoustic set at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, where he floored attendees. If you were there, yeah, that was Vargas.
Today, he’s released his new EP, Solid Ground. In celebration of this feat, he’s also shared his new song “Till Forever Runs Out.” It’s one of those songs that gives you goosebumps, right at the start—soulful, airy vocals that eventually finds its footing and powerfully soars over gentle orchestration.
