Börek (or “byrek”) is an Albanian dish made of flaky dough (like phyllo) and filled with meat and/or cheese. It’s like a filled pita or empanada, but, you know, Albanian. In a new video, Action Bronson joins his aunt and cousin in the kitchen to make these mouth-watering pastries and gives you tips along the way, from why you should brown your onions, to how to add “extra flavor” to the dough. He even gets scolded a few times by his aunt.
