Flipping a line from Rita Ora’s “Never Let You Down” into an electronic remix with chopped up, glitchy vocals may not seem like the most interesting idea in the world, but London producer et aliae has made something gorgeous of it. “never let u down” carries an almost heartbreaking sentiment that maintains a robotic distance. Heartbreaking vibes and trap drums is a weird combination, but it’s kind of magical when done right. If you liked the Branchez remix of Rihanna’s “Stay,” you should check this one out.
