Spoon haven’t released a new album since 2010’s Transference, but that’s expected to change as the band is readying a new record due out sometime this year. While details are sparse, the band did share a little preview of what to expect by uploading a 26 second teaser video on their YouTube account today. And if this clip is any inclination of the album’s direction, the new material doesn’t seem to stray from their signature sound – and that’s a good thing.
