The third installment of Painted BLACK’s concert series, which is a celebration of the color black in New York City music, culture, fashion, and nightlife through a night of music, is back. Act III commences on March 20 at Irving Plaza in NYC, and will feature performances by Ryan Hemsworth, ASTR, Glass Gang, and Saint Pepsi.
