Earlier this month, Kanye West was involved in an incident in which an 18-year-old man accused the rapper of physical assault at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office after the man allegedly launched a stream of racial slurs at Kanye’s fiancee Kim Kardashian. Today, TMZ reports the case has been resolved with a civil settlement and West agreeing to pay the victim more than $250,000. According to the report, the victim will not seek further criminal prosecution against West, however, the D.A. has not yet decided whether to charge Kanye with battery or not.
Kanye is currently set to begin the extended Northeast leg of his Yeezus tour throughout the month of February.
