The Pixies have been busy this summer, announcing both a world tour and a new EP. Before the band set out on said world tour, they decided to play a surprise show last night in Los Angeles at the Echo. During the performance, which was their first in almost two years, the group debuted two new, unreleased tracks titled “Blue Eyed Hexe” and “Greens and Blues.” Their impromptu set also included “What Goes Boom” from their new EP-1, as well as “Wave of Mutilation” and “Nimrod’s Son.” Take a look at fan footage of their performances above and below.
