Local Natives have shared the visuals to “You & I,” the latest cut off their recent Hummingbird album. Much like their odd video for “Heavy Feet,” this one also features a story line that’s not only fairly bizarre, but also decidedly heart-wrenching. The clip takes place in a world where dogs are essentially extinct except for one, who is hospitalized and in critical condition. This premise does seem particularly bleak, but without giving too much away, rest-assured the video does redeem itself in the last 20 seconds. Take a look at the clip above.
