Watch The First Ever Music Video Recorded In Space

Chris Hadfield, Commander of the International Space Station, has been recording music in the station since he took on the role about a year ago. Today, he furthered his music career and uploaded the very first music video recorded in space – a cover of David Bowie‘s “Space Oddity” (a very fitting choice considering Bowie’s space-themed material) – to his YouTube account. This will be his first and last video filmed in space, as he’ll be returning from space on May 14. That’s one small step for man, a giant leap for David Bowie covers. Watch Hatfield and his guitar float around in the space station above.
