In March, Justin Bieber’s pet monkey got detained in Germany after the pop star failed to secure the proper documents. Today, we get an update on the situation. According to Billboard, customs spokesman Thomas Meister confirmed that the documentation still hasn’t been received and ownership of the monkey will be transferred to the German state today.
Bieber will have six weeks to get the decision overturned, and until then the monkey, named Mally, will be in the Munich animal shelter.
