As previously reported, this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival (July 19-21) will feature headlining performances from R. Kelly, Björk and Belle & Sebastian. Supporting acts Joanna Newsom, Rustie, El-P, TNGHT, Foxygen and others were also added to a lineup that until today had only been partially revealed. A full roster of participants and day they’re set to perform is now available and listed below.
Is it any coincidence that Pitchfork chose to reveal their full lineup on the same day Lollapalooza is asking festival goers to cough up $235 for a 3-day pass? Possibly. It has always been the more affordable, less congested event of the two. According to their website, three-day passes are currently on sale for $120 and single-day tickets are available for $50 each.
