There's something that makes the '90s so, well... '90s. They were an awkward batch of fuzzy years. It was an interesting time to grow up though, especially in terms of experiencing music. A lot of new, innovative material was released, a lot of trends passed through the ten years like revolving doors. Rock bands were changing, electronic music entered a new experimented era and hip-hop was blossoming into a full-fledged monstrous genre. However, for all of the great 90's music, there was seemingly an equal amount of very bad music. Along with this bad music came even worse music videos. Watching this video you're like "Aw okay they're cute kids just goofing off and having long hair and playing music and loving life." Then you see them dance on the moon and you're like "Okay, enough is enough!"

Frosted tips? Check. Open shirts blowing in the wind? Check. Close-ups of the boys looking sad and in love? Check. A choreographed performance in a mental hospital while the guys pretend to be patients? Check- wait, what the fuck?

Those Sandals commercials kind of look like cinematic masterpieces now. Also, is anyone seriously concerned about what's going on with her hair? Is it blonde or is it brunette? Did that happen on purpose or did her hairdresser's narcolepsy suddenly show up mid-salon session?

Isn't this bald dude in the bucket hat way too old to be stirring up trouble at the local mall? We know some people have fond memories of this video and '90s corniness will always have a place in our hearts, but this takes corniness to a new peak.

He might have some of the worst hair that the '90s ever saw, but this guy namedrops Shakespeare, Larry Bird and Macaulay Culkin – so at least he's cultured! The combination of chinese food and Abercrombie & Fitch in the chorus is pretty shallow though, as are the multiple shots of rail-thin girls who apparently leave this amusement park after one beautiful summer. Can you really blame them?

Can you imagine the pitch for this video? "Okay we're all gonna dress up in monkey suits and then we're gonna drag hot girls and put them in cages and then we're gonna eat insects and yeah, we're prob gonna hump a lot of stuff too. OH also, you need to fly us to Paris for this."

Striped, cropped turtlenecks along with floating ankhs, flapping sheets and live human beings performing in front of screens with close-up shots of faces – what could go wrong? How could this video possibly not age well? Was that even a concern in their minds when they made this? The one saving grace is the number of couples that find true love in this video, they see the sign! Get it??

Like a commercial for everything that was wrong with the '90s, this video rolls out with what now look to be hand drawn spaceships and two, big surprise, blue aliens! The human members of Eiffel 65, first battle the blue aliens against unmoving backdrops and then end up performing to endless crowds of the blue guys. This video is so bad it almost makes the song sound good.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the worst music video from the 1990s. But it doesn't make sense, because David Hasselhoff singing a love song in front of nature green screens sounds like such a great idea.

The thing about Hasselhoff's "Hooked On A Feeling" is that it's laughably bad but also lovable in an ironic way. Just play this for 10 hipsters and at least one of them will be like, "WHAT? This is not bad, this is actually the best video of all time!" Just ignore that person, and don't fall into the trap of ironically liking Hasselhoff, because if you encourage Hasselhoff to make a comeback, irony will reach unsafe levels in 2013.
