Neil Young hasn’t exactly had it easy as far as his health. He was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes as a child, battled with polio in 1951, and deals with Epilepsy. You can’t say it’s really held him back though. In typical activist fashion he even helped to found The Bridge School, a facility for children with sever verbal and physical disabilities and helps with annual Bridge School Benefit concerts.
