As the year 2012 comes to a close, it becomes evident that Jay-Z has expanded his skill set yet again. From rapper, to entrepreneur, to actor, to partial owner of the New Jersey Nets, Mr. Carter never seems to slow down. Today, it came to light via Twitter that the mogul has been working with The Bullitts on the score for the upcoming film The Great Gatsby, which is based on the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel of the same name. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby and Tobey Maguire as Nick Carraway, The Great Gatsby is set to debut on May 10, 2013.
