A tsunami of promising talent has been crashing out of Sweden recently, and Stockholm pop trio Museum of Bellas Artes are riding the wave with a commanding ease. Aching, crackling vocals paint the track with a simple honesty that isn’t heard commonly enough in music these days, supported by a thumping and relentless bass march. All garnished with a flirtatious flute. Lovely. At an eyelash over three minutes, the track is tantalisingly short, never quite reaching an auditory breaking point. For me, the brevity simply serves as ample reason to have this pretty number on repeat.

“Bear Cubs” is available to download digitally on June 11th through Force Majeure, with a 7″ copy available to purchase two days later. Stream below.
