Everyone’s favorite piano and synth pop duo is back at it again. Matt & Kim have let loose their new single, “Let’s Go,” which is going to be off their upcoming album, Lightning. It’s hear just in time for the middle of the summer, which is appropriate because this one carries the typical sunny exuberance the band has been perfecting over the past few years.
Matt & Kim is a band I really have no desire to see delving into new sounds or covering different territory – “Let’s Go” is a good indicator that they’re not going anywhere. The song was uploaded to Soundcloud, but there’s also an accompanying video below, featuring Pat the Roc trickily dribbling a basketball or three.
