Mark Foster and Isom Innis of Foster the People have a new side DJ project called Smims&Belle, and the first song up on their list to remix is Lana Del Rey‘s “Blue Jeans.” On top of injecting some aggressive electronic elements to the romantic original, Azealia Banks also drops a verse into the mix to back LDR’s self-proclaimed “gangster Nancy Sinatra” reputation.
