You know when you hear one song from a new artist and it’s such a good first impression that you’re almost afraid to press play on anything else? That’s where I was with Meg Myers. Based on the strength of “Monster” alone, Meg quickly won over our hearts and earned herself a spot in the short list of artists that we hope blow up in 2012. When I saw she had posted up another track on Facebook with the message “Happy thurrrsday. here’s another song that will be on my EP,” I braced myself and hoped for the best. Sigh of relief—”Adelaide” is awesome.
