Most rappers want to try on the rock star boots at some point in their career. Most of the time those boots don’t fit. Most of the time those boots make rappers walk with an awkward gait or just trip completely, down a flight of stairs, into a basement that reeks of garbage and failure. The Knux, however, never had a problem blending hip-hop with rock. They’re often called “alternative hip-hop,” but just watch these dudes and try to think of another hip-hop act that could pull this off.
Here’s their latest video featuring Kid Cudi, from the upcoming album Eraser, out September 27th. Oh, and if that description isn’t enticing enough, the video also shows a model doing coke and taking on and off her clothes a lot! Woo! Credit to Complex for the premiere.
