When I first saw this band name, I expected to hear a rapper or R&B singer. What I got is as surprising as when you go to chug some water to ease your hangover and instead you get that water bottle full of vodka from last night. It’s a big surprise, but once it hits your lips it’s so good. This is some punky, jagged rock worthy of a Pixies comparison. It is good to scrape your elbows to.
You might remember Mr. Dream from this post a while back featuring the song “Knuckle Sandwich”. These guys don’t give out much info as far as album releases, plans, or “the future”, but I love their style and I’m looking forward to hearing more.
