Look, another new album for you to stream. This one is from King Fantastic, and it fits Pigeons and Planes’ style perfectly. Hip hop mixed with a little electro, a little rock, and a lot of synths – this is the type of shit that could only be created post-January 1st, 2010. A lot of cool kids are doing that kind of thing these days, but a lot of the time it leads to a blend that is half hipster and half hip-hop, with both parts being diluted.
This? Cot damn. This is not hipster music. This is gangster shit. Nothing watered down, this bangs hard, but still manages to be unique and loaded in the style department.
