Fuck yeah. New Kid Cudi. I’m excited about this guy. I’ll be honest, when I first heard him I didn’t like it at all. I thought his half-singing, half-rapping style was half-assed and lame. Somewhere along the way, it clicked. I feel like I get what he’s trying to do, and I love it. Isn’t it weird how that happens? I feel bad for ever doubting in the first place, cause I think he’s got a big future and I wish I could say I was with him from the start. Oh well. Just makes me appreciate it more now. I think all of the game changers are misunderstood at some point. I saw this one at illRoots. Can I make this a dedication…? Ha if you’re reading this you know.
