Suge Knight appeared in court today, where a judge ruled that Knight will stand trial for murder and attempted-murder charges in the hit-and-run death of Terry Carter. According to AP, a bulk of the pre-trial testimony in the case came from Cle "Bone" Sloan, who was on the scene during the hit-and-run and suffered two fractured ankles in the incident.

While Sloan had previously told police that he was fighting with Knight that day at the scene, he testified on Monday that he doesn't remember the fight and did not want to be a snitch. "I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison," Sloan said. If convicted, Knight faces life in prison for the murder charge. The judge didn't reveal when the trial will get underway, but they did lower Knight's bail from $25 million to $10 million moving forward.
