Here's an interesting track for you. Mala Noche, our man from France does a broody, smooth take on baile funk music. This track may not be made to rock the favelas but it's a nice marrying of the genre with more experimental bass styles. He calls it "baile love," which I can kinda see. It doesn't sound like a healthy kind of love though. Sounds like someone is getting a raw deal here and they took pills. Anyway, keep looking out for more from this adventurous young beat maker. I've been really impressed so far.
