Ice Spice’s mom, previously declared a “baddie” by the singer, has been turning heads in a widely shared clip of her enjoying her daughter’s latest single, “Deli.”

As seen in the clip below, which was originally shared to Instagram, Spice’s mom bobs her head and mouths the words to the track, which was recently released as a single from the deluxe edition of Ice's hit Like..? EP.

Of course, fans will note that this much-discussed show of support should come as no surprise. Ice Spice herself has publicly praised her parents for always being supportive of her artistic journey, including in an Apple Music interview with Ebro Darden back in February.

"They’re mad supportive, like it’s so crazy," Spice said at the time. "They always been, though. Like, they’re real supportive. I love my parents."

Asked about the then-recent EP’s cover art, Spice said that neither of her parents had seen it. While her mother would get it, Spice joked, her father might not.

“Mom’s a baddie so she know what it is,” she told Darden. “But my pops though, I’m his baby girl… He gon’ be like, 'You couldn’t do a different pose?' But that’s my pose.”

"Deli" was recently brought to life with an official video co-directed by Ice Spice, George Buford, and Frederick Buford. The video, shot in Harlem, has since topped 17 million views and sees Spice further building on a massively successful 2023 that also saw her linking up with Nicki Minaj in support of Greta Gerwig's Barbie blockbuster. The track plays during the film's end credits, providing the perfect exit music for inspired theatergoers.
